Shawl is a triangle.  Longest edge is 50" long, Measuring down from the middle to the widest part is 18" long.  This is a very soft, probably from the Silk and Rayon, shawl with a 2.25" ruffle.  It is very feminine.  Close it with a shawl pin or a broach and you have quite a statement.  This is a nice weight.  It is somewhere between heavy and light.
