This is a delicate, lacy shawl beginning in a Pale blue and blending down to the palest of blues.  It is 45" x 5" and has a twist in the center for more interest.  It can be would around the neck twice but is closer to a choker in that choice.  Yarn is a cotton with 1% polyester lace weight .
